Working with their local Christian church, Eric and his wife Melissa bring weekly weekend services to maximum security prisons. During the week Eric personally mentors recently released men to help them reenter society. As a personal coach, I realized that simply delivering a message to a man isn't enough. If someone is to achieve true life transformation they must be held accountable and guided. I created a program to help guide ex-cons into a life of purpose. TWT Ministry operates in small apartments. We house recently released convicts and mentor each man individually and as a group. Eric utilizes his knowledge of the transportation industry to teach men the skills needed to acquire a CDL. This ministry teaches men how to get their lives on the Road to Success.
