TWT Ministry: Guiding Men Toward Purpose and a New Path

Working alongside their local Christian church, Eric and his wife Melissa bring weekly weekend services into maximum-security prisons. Throughout the week, Eric personally mentors inmates and recently released men—walking with them step by step as they reenter society and pursue a better life.

As a personal coach, I’ve learned that delivering a message alone isn’t enough. True life transformation requires accountability, guidance, and real opportunity.

At TWT Ministry, we use a purpose-driven curriculum to help former inmates build meaningful, fulfilling lives. We equip these men with the tools they need to become productive members of society. We gather the resources necessary to help them get on their feet and set aside intentional time to develop lasting, healthy relationships—essential for avoiding negative past influences.

Through regular mentorship—both one-on-one and in groups—we help each man move forward. We assist in job placement, and thanks to Eric’s experience in the transportation industry, we provide specific training and support for men pursuing their CDL and careers in trucking.

This is more than a ministry—it’s a movement. We are teaching men how to get their lives on the Road to Success.

TWT Ministry is a 501(c)3) non-profit organization. We operate through the generous support of partners like you, and we charge a modest fee to our students to encourage ownership in their journey.
